Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within ten days. The withdrawal period is ten days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier and nominated by you has taken possession of the goods. The customer acknowledges that late deliveries do not constitute a breach of contract and do not entitle the customer to cancel the order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send us
by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this contract.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we must return to you within 20 days all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs less the points defined in the returns policy (point 6 of the GTC). We will use the same means of payment for the repayment.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than within five days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the ten-day period. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
