Shipping conditions


In Switzerland we ship by A-Priority "pro clima" with the Swiss Post. Up to CHF 29.99 we charge CHF 2.90 postage, from CHF 30 and up to CHF 49.99 we charge CHF 4.90. Orders over CHF 50 are free of shipping costs.

DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery of the goods takes place on working days within 48 hours

Parcel tracking number can be seen on the electronic invoice (for all payment methods) after the order has been shipped.

INVOICE 10 days net (electronic invoicing)
Business customers can conveniently receive the goods by invoice. Please note that the selected payment method can still be checked by us. For deliveries to business customers as well as customers who do not comply with our terms of payment, we reserve in exceptional cases delivery by cash in advance.

INVOICE 30 days net (electronic invoice dispatch)
This payment option applies only to therapists/clinics/doctors and other professionals, make-up artists, beauticians and pharmacies who have agreed the payment method with us.
